'Sunflower and Butterfly'

On the way back from Southwold after a bright sunrise I spotted this field of sunflowers. It reminds me of France where we generally go on holiday where sunflower fields are everywhere. There were a mass of insects around and a particularly obliging tortoiseshell butterfly.
