'The Naze'
And when it rained, boy did it rain. Taken in early April I had just cooked our sunday roast when it clouded over. I quickly hurried down my meal and set off. The Naze is at the point of the coast opposite Harwich and takes the full brunt of the stormy weather. On the beach sat two, crumbling pill boxes from world war 2. Covered in seaweed they braced themselves against the wind. After the shoot and in near darkness I battled against the wind and rain with my umbrella, trying to keep the camera dry and completely exhausted, it was that kind of evening. The shoot, however, was one of the best I have had for some time.
