'Dovercourt Sunrise'

I was expecting the tide to be completely out on this day. I was very surprised to find it wasnt! I had read the wrong day on the tide tables but even so I like this image because of the lovely colour in the sky. Dovercourt is very close to Harwich. I was very surprised to see so many ships leaving on the outgoing tide at 6.00 in the morning. It was a bit like Heathrow airport!
