'Southwold Pier'

A slightly different image from 'Southwold sunrise' in the 2006 gallery. This was taken on a grey sunrise in January 07. A little disappointing for the colour in the sky I decided to make as long an exposure as I could to blur any detail in the water and sky. This provided a nice canvas on which to place the the pier which benefitted from Terry, the manager of the pier, turning the lights on in one of the buildings just before sunrise as he started his working day.
