'The Watering Hole'

After a sunrise that was, in all honesty, too clear and bright, I found myself walking further and further up the Stour looking for some interest. I came across this weir. It seems to have been recently made as I dont remember climbing over this as a boy (and I would have done had it been there!). You can see from the worn grass to the right that the herd of cows who live in this field use it as a watering hole.
