'Spring on the Stour 2'

A favourite location revisited. I wanted to go back when the lillies were out and there was some light on Willy Lotts House, which meant May late afternoon. Not as easy as it seemed as the location was buzzing with some students who were staying at the Field centre which is behind me (you can see it in 'The Haywain'). There were also swans with cygnets, ducks with ducklings, moorhens and the odd pike rising during the hour I spent here but by the time all of the elements were in place the light was wrong and the clouds had dispersed. I like this as a contrast to 'The Haywain', it was made with 5 images stitched together.
